if you haven’t tuned in and listened to the KEXP pledge drive headed by John Richards and Cheryl Waters, you have missed out several ways. First of all you miss a lot of caffeine and sugar fueled ranting that at times rivals some of the best morning radio shows doing their best at providing you early morning comedic relief, and secondly your missing out on your opportunity to help one of the BEST modern rock stations stay on the air for years to come. Today is the last day of the drive, but don’t let that stop you from contributing in the future. This drive features a little friendly competition between cities, and sad to say Austin is limping in at 7th on the list with around $4,000+ contributed with Chicago and Boston leading the pack with $19,000+.
