Scratching your musical itch

Bumbershoot Lineup Unfolds

Seattle’s Art and Music Party taking place Labor Day weekend, has revealed more live music acts for the weekend, and being a bit scattered in genres, there are performers that deserve a nod from my perspective. Nods go out to Steve Earle, Kings of Leon, Ted Leo & The Pharmacists, The Shins, Stars of Track & Field, Magnolia Electric Company, The Watson Twins, Roky Erickson, Andrew Bird, The Gourds, Devotchka, and a handful of others. Chances are you won’t find me at the Joss Stone or Sean Paul performance. $75 gets you a pass for all three days of Art and Music, and you can purchase that pass right HERE.

Those Kings of Leon kids are busy touring the states these days, and this tour will probably be your last chance to see them in a smaller venue, as they have already reached Wembley Arena status in the U.K. Don’t miss out.
