Lollapaloza has a contest, and its to get your favorite band on the list to play their festival. It’s nice that the festival circuit is trying to include the music that you want to hear, but one would have to consider whether or not the process is the most accurate. I personally have at least 4 email accounts, so that automatically makes me 3x more influential than most, and emails are the key to getting your favorite band to Chicago. I’m not going to divulge which band I have voted for, but I will supply some suggestions for bands I might want to see have the opportunity to display their talents for the crowds at Lollapalooza.

Oh yeah, who is responsible for the Kings Of Leon not playing ACL Festival this year, as they were originally scheduled to appear?? Is it that the boys are more inclined to play the cooler climate Monolith Festival as opposed to braving the high temps of Austin the same weekend?
