Morrissey Cancels Show & Live Video

morrissey_160306_4.jpg

Morrissey once again cancels a live performance, and as I’m sure that there are people in NYC that are disappointed in the fact that they weren’t able to see the ex-Smiths crooner perform their favorite Smith’s songs as well as some stuff that he has done as a solo artist, I wonder if they really missed anything special at all? I’m sure that a lot of people are interested just because he is “Morrissey”, but is he entertaining anymore? I was the disappointed soul victim of a cancelled Morrissey concert many years ago, and because of the cancellation I decided that I just wasn’t interested enough in anything that he has done since the Smiths that would warrant a second attempt to see him live. I have seen some live performance footage on several occasions now, and fail to see the reason to interest oneself, and this latest performance only solidifies my feelings on this. I will always love the Smiths, but one’s involvement in said band doesn’t automatically grant you my attention anymore. Sorry Morrissey, but you bore me.

But I still love this stuff

Thanks SO SO much for posting those songs.

I’m currently working but have paydate is far off, and I just recently discovered the Smiths,a band that I regret never having listened to in my teens. Really could’ve used them back then..

Anyhow, the point is that I don’t have any money to buy the Four Albums (Whenever I go through a Phase with any Band, I Learn AS MUCH as possible about them, before even hearing the music). This could tide me over till I do.

So, in a much less convoluted way: I’m so glad to have these. Thanks!
