Austin’s own 8 tentacled theremin wielding Roo! instrument outfit The Octopus Project are embarking on a tour with a new album in store for us soon enough. Last time we caught the live show, the Project spend quite a bit of time on new material and one can only deduce that there is going to be more theremin for us on the new recording which has yet to garner a title. The tour kicks off with a McCarren Pool Party appearance this Sunday with Dan Deacon and Erase Errata.
