Oxford Collapse return to Austin at Mohawk tonight. They were last seen in town back in June with Frightend Rabbit, playing a high energy set that was unfortunately marred by technical difficulties (blown amp, mythical black cat on stage, etc). They have since released a new album entitled BITS, that continues the band’s 90s college alt-rock sound, but delivers songs with more flushed out melodies. Opening is fellow Brooklyn band Love as Laughter, who are also playing a free in-store at Waterloo Records at 5pm.
