Austin’s own Shearwater put on two special performances to celebrate the release of the critically acclaimed Rook, in which they performed the album in it’s entirety accompanied by a string section. One performance took place here in Austin and the other took place @ New York City’s Florence Gould Auditorium. Baeble Music was @ the NY performance and recorded the special event to be released to those unfortunate enough to not be present.
