Fleet Foxes, Fleet Foxes, Fleet Foxes! Can you get enough of these guys? As much as I resisted the sounds of the band from the start, they have done nothing but completely impress the shit out of me since I finally gave in to the band’s music. Both the self-titled full length and the Giant Sun EP find regular spin time around my house, in the car, and on the iPod, and their ACL performance was a highlight of the festival for me.

My good friend over @ Covert Curiosity put up a nice recording of the band performing @ The Black Cat in  Washington,D.C., and if you are a fan, I do recommend. The recording sounds great, you can hear every nuance of the bands performance as well as all the sounds related to a live performance in a club, including the audience chatter. It’s great to hear the chatter come to a complete stop every time the band starts up a new song. Take note some of you audience chatters, you know who you are!
