I first got into the cocteau twins on the 120 min compilation that contained caroyln's fingers. since then i became obsessed with them and i think heaven or las vegas is by far one of the top cd's of the 90's. Speaking of her voice and lists, rolling stone new issue has named the top 100 vocalists in rock. what would your top 10 be? I couldn’t agree with you more.
