I first got into the cocteau twins on the 120 min compilation that contained caroyln&#039;s fingers.  since then i became obsessed with them and i think heaven or las vegas is by far one of the top cd&#039;s of the 90&#039;s.  Speaking of her voice and lists, rolling stone new issue has named the top 100 vocalists in rock. what would your top 10 be?</description>
